you all should know who makino ruki is(ruki is her first name but since i am using the japanese styling of names, i always go with last name first name.). she is dubbed rika in the english version of digimon tamers(aka digimon season 3). her crest is light and her digimon is renamon! she's staff in the game, being a game moderator, but her ultimate goal is to be promoted to organizer : D

she is pretty much the same as in the series, but depending on how things go during rp, she may turn out more colder, or more nicer >D

the self proclaimed digimon queen is in need of friends(she won't admit it), enemies(she has a lot), and, maybe a lover. be aware that i'm letting her pick who she falls for and it must be done through rp. ryou and takato is <3

Kouji here. He has a 10-year-old avatar in-game so that might get in the way but I think they'll be friends at most. I don't know, even if they were both the loners in their seasons, getting them together is tough. Kouji acts friendlier online because of his job. He's mature enough not to shove people away as much as he wants to because he's being paid for this. He's not really interested in the game, though it's more exceptional that he initially thought. He's a bit embarrassed of playing that's why he keeps his avatar as that of a kid and keeps it strictly work-related. He assumes everyone playing are drop-outs, NEETS, otakus, unemployed - yeah, derogatory stereotype. He'll change his mind soon about it, hopefully.

Maybe they might have bumped to each other because of work? Not sure how the hierarchy goes but maybe if there was a problem Kouji encounters in the game, he contacts Ruki about it since she knows more of it than this. So yes, underling. Would Ruki treat him badly? :C

kouji: having them met because of work is plausible, and i agree, i think they would be friends at most. i don't think ruki would be too cruel, but she'd hold disdain and wonder why a 10 year old is playing the game and would definitely show she's better than him -kicks her- ruki knows a lot about digimon so she won't mind helping if he has a problem. if kouji showed he was competent, then ruki would treat him with respect. i can't see her treating him too badly compared to other players, and i do get the feeling she'll be 'nicer' than normal as she's a game moderator, not a normal player xD

-giggles- takatomon. oh really? well, ruki both half smiled and glared at the same time with that xD she's not sure how to act as an underling so she may overstep the authority line a bit. but she definitely appreciates that even though she refuses to say so. -kicks her again- seriously, she gets what she wants and she still won't say nice things? Lol, I think Kouji would be tempted to point out he's not really ten - well, he figures it doesn't matter or that Ruki might just figure it out on her own. But lol, if Ruki hits him he'll be like, wtf man 8| but of course he won't hit her back because she's a girl even though she might not be in real life. CHIVALRY.

Kouji is pretty good in the game. Strabimon's naive but he's still a knowledgeable AI who's still programmed to fight. He'll probably stand his ground fairly well against Renamon. Maybe Kouji and Ruki are sparring partners? Kouji isn't into the game as Ruki is but fighting is pretty fun to watch and it's helpful for some training. As a guide, he has to keep up with training like ordinary players to be of help.

no worries, kouichi's used to getting mowed over. he'll hate it, but he's still admiring that part of her that's protecting do. as long as she keeps to that, he'll tolerate it. but be careful, he'd be watching and probably can program it that way. he'll probably be under the guise of a player to her most of the time and reveal himself as magami staff later.

Kouji will appreciate the tips. Well, if she's going to be very arrogant about it, he'll probably be a bit annoyed and call her a gaming geek or something. Even though it's just a game, I think he'll try to prove that he's at least capable. Doesn't hurt to be competitive!

Would you like to start the thread? I imagine Kouji would just be walking in on her training what else would she be doing and chat a little, until either one of them decides to go for a challenge. Or we could do it somewhere in the open so we could have a crowd gaping at how violent awesome we are. So it would be a randomly bumping on each other. If not that, Ruki or Kouji could contact the other through PM for a good battle or something.

Hey, I know our characters have already met a couple of times, but I was thinking, they both are anti social teenagers with an unhealthy obsession of being champions. They could probably form a sort of friendly rivalry that depending on how the characters develop, may evolve into something more. (I personally think they would make excellent co-rulers. )
