GOGGLEHEAD16 (16) | male | player | hope | matsuda takato The CharacterTakato was never a tough kid in school. He was that one kid in the back of the classroom reading a manga or looking over his super cool awesome cards. He knows almost everything about them, just ask! Yep. That nerdy kid that people tend to avoid. Well, it wasn't that bad. It was popular from the school he was in, so it wasn't as if people avoided him and he did tone it down when he was at school. It didn't stop the daydreaming though. He was the kid that was easy to get along with, very impressionable, and hopelessly gullible.
But, he's surprisingly thoughtful. Whenever he's stuck with the leading role (which, among his group of friends tends to be often) he's always thinking about the safety of the group. What if he made the wrong choice? What if there was no right choice? How would he decide then? He actually does try to think about these things, even if they happen a bit later than he wishes they did. Takato knows that he can't please everyone, but it doesn't stop him from trying.
He always thinks the best of people, even if they've wronged him. He'll try to rationalize it. "Maybe something bad happened to them to make 'em like this?" Or "I bet they'll be a lot nicer if they had one friend." This sort of thinking has gotten him into a lot of trouble, but he doesn't regret it. In the long run, it has worked for him.
There was one thing about digimon that really brought him to it though. He loved the series the moment they brought it out. Real live digital monsters and the bonds the characters made with their partners. He thought it was the coolest thing in the world. There were old sketches he kept from when he was younger, drafts and drawing of monsters he drew. He forgot all about it until there was a contest, a "make your own digimon" contest. When he found those old drawings, he knew. Remastering them, he submitted his drawing and -- well, the rest is history. The RPername nachtmare face claim digimon, matsuda takato
