Salamon, now known as Sandy trotted next to her and looked out at the lake. ”I heard that the Divermon out here are very intellectual and friendly.” She smiled up to her partner who was still in awe looking out at the lake. Animus then stated to walk quickly towards the lake, she looked down in it but saw nothing. A slight pout crossed her face as she tilted her head only looking at her reflection. ”Man, today’s gonna be one of those days.” Animus sat down cross legged before throwing herself onto the ground staring up at the sky her hat flung off. Sandy walked up a smile on her face as she went up to the water and looked down herself. ”Huh, well there’s normally someone out here.” The digimon mumbled to herself walking up to Animus still looking out at the water. Silence engulfed them; Sandy was taking advantage of it by curling up and resting her head. Not long after Animus turned onto her side and stared at Sandy. ”Say Sandy, how do you digivolve.” Animus narrowed her eyes putting a hand under her head. ”By battles I suppose.” Animus once more laid on her back, now putting her hands under her head. ”I wonder if you’ll evolve into something cool.” Sandy only grunted, ”Well that was reassuring; I would think you would want to be awesome. You’re just some light pink pup.” Sandy raised her head; a look of skepticism was on her face. ”I’m fine the way I am; when the time comes I’ll evolve.” The silence once more filled the area. Thinking about it, Animus could’ve stayed home if she wanted silence, with her dad always busy doing his thing, it left her home alone, at least she could come on here and meet people but it was hard when people didn’t really want to hang out. A sigh left her lips as she stared up at the bright sky and a breeze came by, she felt like a kid at a candy store, even though this had been going on just for a little while it was still new. Animus enjoyed going past Central Sector and out here.

"So why are we going to the Lake again Cute?" Akiye mused to herself, it hadn't been very long since she started this game, it felt hard for her to keep track, had it been an hour? Maybe more? Did time go by faster in here or slower? She wasn't very sure, she was starting to get curious about what she looked like in the real world. When she came in to the arcade place that had those pods she didn't see anyone there, which was mainly becasue she came there when it opened.

"Because I love to fish, Kyu! Have you ever fished before?" She thought about Cute's question, she had actually fished once when she was much younger, her dad brought her and Lee on a camping trip. She never much cared for it and stopped fishing about an hour into the trip and just read the magazine she'd brought.

"Well, Yeah, not much. Are the fish here like monster fish?"

"There are plenty of small fish, probably huge ones too, Kyu!"

She then noticed another figure as they were coming up, it was a girl, she looked to be around similar age. Beside her was a puppy, She had seen tons of people when she first logged on, but was too busy to try and chat with anyone, she decided this would be a good chance to say hello.

"Um, Hello? Sorry to bother you... I just wanted to say your puppy is very cute."

'That was terrible... but at least I didn't mention the weather.'

Her blue eyes looked over at the dozing pup and then scanned the sky, some clouds started to slowly slide by. There was this new worlds and it felt so normal, as if she’s been here forever. Her eyes then did a double take, seeing a girl and her partner walk up. Animus sat up and smiled at the girl while chuckling. Sandy was looking for a brief moment before closing her eyes once more. ”Heh, thanks. You’re bunny looks adorable. It’s amazing how these fighting programs can look so cute.” Animus spewed out with a large smile. ”I tried asking how they would look when they would digivolve? Or would it grow up? But all I got was a shrug and was told to wait.” She puffed her cheeks out in a small pout. ”Hey, my name is Animus. Well, here it is anyways.” She stood up, wiping away any grass or dirt that could’ve gotten on her, afterwards she brought a hand out to shake. Now this was exciting to finally meet someone, Animus would’ve felt discouraged if all she had were rivals for a battle, there more to this game than just that right? But if people wanted a fight should would give one, she just didn’t feel like it today, but then with this game the possibilities of a fight coming were pretty high or that’s what Sandy had told her. ”The pup’s Sandy.” Animus jutted a thumb in her partners way, ”Don’t mind her, she’s just taking advantage of silence we can get.” Animus waved a hand in front of her with an apologetic smile now on her face.

Akiye smiled, she was happy that the girl was friendly, she had heard a lot of people say that gamers could be mean and aggressive, but then again, this game seemed much different than some of those she'd watched her old boyfriend play. Less guns maybe? Either way she was curious by what the girl had said, She looked down at Cutemon, "I wonder what you would become..."

She shook her head and, "My name is Cure, just here as well. This is my first day playing this game so I'm a little overwhelmed. Cute suggested we go fishing at this lake so she lead me here."

Was Cutemon a girl? She realized she hadn't even thought about that before she said anything, she remembered reading on the file island thingy that gender of digimon was pretty irreverent, so she just assumed, she looked at Cutemon again, who didn't seem to be offended by it. 'I guess she is a girl? It would be weird to ask wouldn't it? Does Cute even know what gender is?'

Cute walked over towards Animus and climbed onto her shoulder.

"Animus is pretty comfortable too, Kyu!"

Cure laughed, "Well Cute seems to like you."

And I guess that makes two of us.” She laughed, ”Well, Sandy didn’t suggest to go fishing; I just wanted to see the Divermon out here. I heard that they are wise and a nicer species of digimon out here in the wild.” Animus rocked back and forth on her heels. She then felt a new weight on her as Cutemon climbed up onto her shoulder. Animus patted the top of the digimon’s head and chuckled. ”Guess I make a great chair then, eh?” Sandy then started to get and up stretching, making her way to the commotion. ”Well, there goes my nap.” Her large blue eyes look between the new comers and Animus. ”Now, now, don’t be grumpy Sandy.” Animus looked down at Sandy who sat between both girls. ”So, do you know how to fish?” She tilted her head and crossed her arms. Animus had never had the chance to fish before despite the fact of growing up in Canada, she would’ve preferred to hand out of with friends than go out into the wild. Oh, wait; look at where she is, in the wild, irony at its finest.

Akiye nodded, "I have been fishing once or twice, apparently Cute says she is a pro at it, I have my doubts though." She said with a light tone and stuck out her tongue, Cute jumped down off of Animus and scoffed, tossing her scarf back.

"You doubt me Cure? I once caught a fish thhhhhiiiiiissssss big"Cute said as she expanded her arms out as far as she could. This made Cure laugh again, Cutemon was so... cute?

She looked back at Animus, Her lovely brown hair reminded her of how her best friend's hair looked, She was curious if she could get Ai to try out this game. When she asked about it Ai didn't seem all that interested, and was surprised that Akiye would even consider doing something so nerdy.

"Um, If it's not too much trouble, do you mind if myself and Cute come with you? I would like to see these Divermon as well."

Well it really shouldn’t, they can do anything that the program allowed them to, but to Animus it was interesting. She giggled when Cutemon should how big of a fish it caught, to her she would highly doubt it, anything here was pretty possible, and she just has yet to see anything yet. ”Yeah, right you’ve caught something like that.”

[/color] Sand said, looking at Cutemon, her eyes narrowed in doubtfulness. If her partner wouldn’t doubt she would do all the doubting for her.

“Come on, Sandy, don’t act like that.” Animus waved her hands in front of her a nervous smirk crossed her face as her partner pouted. Animus then looked up at Cure and smiled with a nod.

”Yes, company is always welcomed! I’m excited to see these Divermon.” Thinking aobut it, she has never seen a Divermon before, how would they look like. The first image that popped up in the girls head was a man in a diving suit, but then being in the digital world anything is possible. ”Come on! Let’s go to the edge.”

Akiye smiled and Cute climbed up onto her shoulder, hanging on as she walked along towards the edge with Animus and Sandy, She was pretty happy that things seemed to be going so well. She was also curious as to what the Divermon looked like, maybe they would be like... She didn't even know what to expect. She had seen several types of Digimon so far, and all of them were so vastly different from one another in some way. She noticed how the ground seemed to feel so real, it occurred to her that no one was really here, right?

She wasn't sure, what is really real anyway? It was a question she never would have even thought to ask until today, but this game was just so... amazingly world like, they eventually came to the edge of the lake. The water looked so pure and atmospheric, it really did remind her of the time her father took her and Lee to a lake to fish.

She looked around and noticed that it was pretty empty, it didn't seem like there was anyone around but the two of them. "So... Where are these Divermon? Do you know Cute?"

"I don't know... They are usually out here at this time of the day." Cute said with a puzzled expression.

ooc: I can change the last part if you want, We can find a Divermon in your next post, or go looking for them and find out what's wrong, ect. =P Just throwing that out there as something ^^;

Of course, the peace never last long with a certain loud man, the very same one that was approaching the lake. Feet pounding against the ground as he ran full speed towards the Divermon Lake, his Agumon trailing behind him. Pyre never understood why Maverick always seemed to run around so much. There would likely never be an answer either, but for now, he supposed it didn't matter, the man balanced fun with working hard for his goal.

Entering the lake area, Maverick immediately began to pull off his clothes, til only his boxers remained. Poor Pyre had to collect them or risk having them stolen from his partner's recklessness. The purple-haired man passed by the two woman, "Hey there, comin' through!" His voice was anxious and hurried as he ran past, jumping into the air, and curling his body before landing in the water with a big splash.

The Agumon finally catching up, put his clothes nearby, and bowed to the others. "Hello, sorry about that, he's excitable," he tried to excuse the human that was now swimming around in the lake. Sighing softly, he had to wonder if this was just some bad luck getting partnered with such an unpredictable partner. Everyday was something new, and he could not figure out what went through that man's head.
