Friends:
Making friends with Neko is a bit difficult. He's very quiet, and he doesn't show much emotion when he does talk. However, given enough time, he will begin to talk more openly and he will show some emotion around them. If he considers someone a friend, he will trust them almost completely and will go out of his way to help them with anything they need. He generally enjoys helping people he doesn't know as well, but he'll be a bit more wary about the lengths of whitch he will go to help them.

Enemies:
Becoming a enemy of Neko is a much simpler process when compared to becoming his friend. Because of his bad temper, one bad encounter with somebody will have them on his enemies list. He will attempt to leave the general area if he spots someone he sees as a enemy, just to cause him less annoyance.

Romantic Interests:
Becoming a romantic interest for Neko is a similar situation to becoming a friend. Since he's socially awkward, it takes a while for him to warm up to others, most definitely even longer in a romantic sense. Despite this, any girl he does potentially get a crush on, he will act more awkward around them, stumbling over himself while they're around him.

Imagining how Neko is like, he'll be an easy target for Sir Cuddles. Sir Cuddles or J'aime Mernova IRL is a grown man with the handsome face of a European and the mind of a little imp. He's a lax, divorced man chilling with his friends, drinking and playing video games. Among those games is Digimon Online, the game he also works for. Sir Cuddles makes a life out of fooling around. He pretends to be some crazy, loony person online who can be marked as an Internet troll. He purposefully sets people up to fight and he sits back in order to watch. This is his sense of humor but he doesn't really take it to the extreme or else he'll get into actual trouble for that.

So I think Neko is the guy he'd mess around with. Call him Neko-chan and all other cat puns he can make to drive him crazy. He's very annoying at most. You can probably sense he's just doing stuffs to piss you off on purpose. I'm not sure if that would land him as enemies. Considering Neko's temper, probably lol. Fortunately, Sir Cuddles isn't discouraged by a little temper especially since Palmon X has a bad one too. Neko would probably try to avoid Sir Cuddles but that would only make him want to ~go after him more~

It's me again.

Kouji and Denki are pretty alike KINDNESS FTW but they probably have different public images. Kouji is a loner just like Denki but he has the good looks and the talent to get the eyes of some people, particularly the girls. He's considered to be "cool." He has no real interest with Digimon Online. He's only playing to earn money and is quite embarrassed about playing the game himself. He thinks those who would waste their time playing such an addictive game are NEETS and dropouts.

I think it would be cool to see them together. They could be classmates in real life. Kouji didn't make his avatar from his real appearance so I doubt they'll recognize each other. But it would still be interesting nonetheless. That they may know each other IRL.

In the game, I think they'll get along pretty okay? Though it depends. Alike people tend to not get along lol. Because of his line of work, Kouji is doing his best to be patient and sociable. He tries to be helpful to others but he tends to do it through actions and not by words, which makes him seem cold to some. He's not very good with people though so he's misunderstood even more.

So Kouji and Denki can not get along but then they'll react the same way lol. Like they could be in a disagreement yet they end up doing the same thing.

@sir Cuddles- I can really imagine some comedic moments going on between these two. I just get like a image of Neko punching a wall after being called Neko-chan and the various amounts of annoyance coming from cuddles's mouth, and then laughing at him when Neko realizing he just punched a wall. And walls tend to hurt hands. Also, after looking at Cuddles's Palmon X's personality, and accounting in the personality I have for Neko's Wormmon, I can see some interesting scenarios. With Palmon X's bad temperament and demanding personality, Wormmon, who'll be incredibly shy and sorta submissive, will probably be scared out of his wits by Palmon X O-O Overall, it'd be interesting to see how they all interact, even if Cuddles'll probably be on the enemy list in a heartbeat ;D

@ronin47- I like your idea for them actually being classmates irl. It'd be interesting that they actually know that each other exist in their daily lives, but they don't know it's each other actually. It'd be cool to see their reactions if they ever found out who each other are irl. It'd be pretty funny I can just see them pointing at each other and yelling, "You're him!" "That was you!" Or something along those lines. And on the lines of them getting along, I can see them getting along silently half the time, and just completely disagreeing with each other the other half. You're right, they are rather alike, and that could cause some complications, which will only make things more interesting. Also, I like the idea of them reacting the same even when they disagree, it'd be completely hilarious and make for some good plotting. So I can see them sorta being friends, and sorta being rivals/frienemies.

@sir Cuddles & Neko: It's funny because Bug is super effective against Grass in Pokemon Basically Sir Cuddles jumps on Neko every time. Maybe Sir Cuddles happen to be the first staff Neko encountered in the game?

ronin47 & Denki: Butting heads is always fun. Would Kouji being staff (albeit a mere guide) affect how Denki would treat him? And if they do find out they're classmates, I think Kouji would be REALLY awkward after that. He doesn't really like people knowing he plays the game even if it's for work. I think he'll be more subdued after that because he doesn't want to be viewed as immature. Even though Kouji didn't build his school image intentionally, he's still pretty conscious about it.

What kind of thread should we put this two in? I don't mind if we make the thread for three or more if you want.

ronin47- I don't imagine that with Kouji being staff would affect the way he would interact with him. Denki is pretty lax about everything so he really wouldn't care that much about if he was staff or not. He'd just treat him like he would anybody else. Even if they ever did find out who each other were, he'd still act the same around him.

As for a thread, I'm not sure. Maybe like a tour around Asuka City or something like that? Kouji is a guide, and Denki is new to the game, so, a little show of where things are sounds about correct.

Sure. Just not sure if neko is the type to ask for help lol. I'm not too sure about an actual tour though. The best Kouji would do is point to where the stuffs are. He doesn't actually like giving tours lol. There was this girl (watersprite) who asked him for a tour too and all he did was raise an eyebrow at her. He thinks it's more of his job to help people and not tour them around that's why.

If we're going with this, would you like to start the thread?

Hmmmm you do bring up a point. Neko isn't really a ask someone to show you around kind of person. Maybe a first encounter sort of thing. Like, if Kouji shows him a couple things and some of the things one can do, helping him get started, cause that seems more like what Kouji does as a guide. Or something like that perhaps. Whatever works.

As for the thread, would you prefer if I started? I honestly don't mind if either one of us start it.

Maybe if Neko encounters a wild Digimon and screws up? I think Kouji would intervene then.

Hmmmmm, the wild digimon idea sounds nice. It certainly has potential. I believe that'd work nicely. And I think the Wire Forest would be the perfect place for this. Sound good?

And I'd be good with starting the thread. I won't say I'm great, but I can decently start it off I believe.
